Instrument donation form

We appreciate your willingness to donate. We prefer string, wind, and percussion instruments. Presently, we do not have the means to accept keyboard instruments such as pianos and organs. We will use your instrument to give opportunitues to students for musical study. Please fill out the form and we will contact you to get your instrument.
