Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance consists of Grant-In-Aid, Student Work Study and PIC.

What Is Grant-In-Aid? This program provides financial assistance to applicants who have a demonstrated financial need. Grants include a dollar amount tied to Student Work Study, PIC and minimum grade and discipline requirements; are applied at the beginning of the second semester and are applied to tuition only.
What Is Student Work Study? Campus employment opportunities are provided for students only during the summer break. The student MUST participate to be eligible to receive Grant-In-Aid funds.
What Is PIC? PIC, which stands for Parent Involvement Credit, provides an opportunity for parents to earn up to $300 per student in tuition credit. Work opportunities will be available from June to March at the rate of $15 per hour. [Families who receive a Grant-In-Aid award must complete their PIC hours by December 31.]
Who Is Eligible? Grant-In-Aid is open by application to any student currently attending Walther and to any 8th grade or upperclass student who has officially enrolled for the next school year.
How and When to Apply - Application forms are available from the school office after January 15. The application deadline for the next school year is April 15. Only in unusual cases will applications be considered after this date.
