Tuition Charges 2010-2011
GENERAL TUITION: -- $7,950

All tuition is paid monthly – July 1st through April 1st

Applicable discounts are subtracted from the general tuition rate to determine final annual tuition

EARLY PRE-PAYMENT

* Church membership must be verified each year. Membership status is determined by individual churches.

FEES

STUDENT SERVICE FEE

This non-refundable fee is paid annually at the time a student schedules/registers for their selected classes.

Freshmen (includes Retreat) - $300
Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors - $250

MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGY FEE - $300

This annual fee is added to September's tuition. NOTE: Students are responsible for the care of their books. An additional fee will be assessed for books that are lost or damaged.

GRADUATION FEE - $100

A one-time fee for seniors covers cost of diploma, cap, gown, and other graduation expenses. Billed with January tuition.

LATE REGISTRATION FEE - $50

Non-refundable fee assessed returning students who register after June 1 st .

APPLICATION FEE

A non-refundable fee for new students per the following schedule
Prior to February 28 st - $20
March 1st – March 31st - $50
April 1st – May 30th - $75
June 1st and after - $100

PLACEMENT TESTING FEE - $30

A non-refundable fee assed all students when taking Walther's placement test.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition is billed in ten (10) equal monthly payments. Monthly payments are due the first of each month July 1st through April 1st . All discounts, scholarships, and financial assistance grants will be applied monthly.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

SCHOLARS

Walther offers a 25% tuition discount to students who match the standards of Walther's Scholars Program based on scores from the first two placement tests. Discount is renewable based on academic performance.  

TUITION ASSISTANCE

GRANT–IN-AID

A program of financial assistance is available to applicants who demonstrate financial need. FACTS Management, Inc. will process and evaluate all applications. . Deadline for filing is April 15th. ($25 fee)

STUDENT WORK-STUDY

On campus student work opportunities are provided during the summer break and various other non-school times during the school year. Students must be apart of the the Grant-In-Aid program and sign-up to be scheduled for work.
