Walther Lutheran High School presents the annual Sacred Concert, “Praise the Lamb,” at 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, at St. John Lutheran Church in Wheaton, featuring the A Cappella Choir, Christian Minstrels, Chamber Choir, Concert Choir and Gospel Choir. The vocal music event will include classical sacred compositions from Mozart and Bach, along with selections from the Robert Parker and Alice Shaw collaboration and arrangements by Bob Chilcott, Benjamin Britten, William Dawson and more. There is no admission charge, but a free-will offering will be taken. St. John Lutheran Church is located at 125 East Seminary Avenue, 1 block east of Main Street and 2 blocks north of the railroad tracks, in Wheaton.
