Student Lunches
The Walther Cafeteria serves a hot meal every day. The standard "Type A" lunch meets federal standards. See the 2006-2007 LUNCH MENU.
An "ala carte" menu and vending machines are also available. Food from outside sources may not be brought to school by individuals for distribution to students during lunch periods.
At the beginning of the school year, parents are given the opportunity to apply for free or reduced price lunches under federal lunch subsidies. These programs are based on financial need and substantiating documents are required.
