I write this welcome with the utmost reverence for God’s providence and favor, fully aware that my presence here is the result of His infinite wisdom and His intimate attention to every detail.
Walking these halls stirs a warm nostalgia..memories of racing to A Cappella and Wind Ensemble, laughing loudly during B lunch, and rolling bowling balls down the hall in Mr. Marusek’s physics class. These halls now carry a surreal, yet profound sense of calling, for I have been graced to lead the very place that nurtured me.
For this, I stand under a beautiful weight of deep humility and immense pride. This is home.
This year marks a defining chapter in Walther’s enduring legacy. For over seventy years, remarkable work has laid a strong foundation—a foundation upon which we now build to elevate, grow, and propel current and future generations of students to become Christ-centered, academically excellent, and holistically prepared to influence the world as leaders and change-makers.
Our staff is equipped and ready to continue this sacred work. Our leadership team stands poised to lead and support through innovative initiatives and a revitalized mission. Together with families, alumni, and our committed partners, we will see our vision manifest of preparing students for a lifetime of purpose, learning, and service.
My priorities for this year include creating and strengthening systems to cultivate a culture of high performance and an environment of operational excellence. We are fostering collaboration among faculty, driven by data and best practices, to deliver the highest quality instruction to our deserving students. I’m devoted to reigniting the fire in our athletics program, restoring the rich tradition of Bronco Pride that has inspired generations. We are working to expand partnerships and create pathways that equip students for success in college and careers.
I warmly and sincerely invite parents, families, alumni, and community members to join us as active partners in the mission. Together, let us honor our history while boldly advancing toward a future where Walther rises to new heights—a future marked by faith, excellence, and immense impact.

Walther Christian Academy is operated for the purpose of providing Christian Education at the secondary level for the families of Lutheran congregations. However, it admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, and religion to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
