We Are Walther Newsletter, January 2023

Happy New Year!

While 2023 is still quite young, it has been a good one so far at Walther. We welcomed four new students who began the second semester with us, one an international student from Vietnam. We welcomed one new teacher, a recent Concordia University Chicago graduate named Ellie Strable, who will be teaching math at both the middle and high school levels. We also formally called Ben Fluga to be our full-time permanent religion teacher, and we have planned his Commissioning Service during one of our upcoming chapel services.

Meanwhile, our seniors are wrapping up their college applications, our juniors are preparing for the SAT and ACT, and all our students are taking advantage of all that Walther offers, living their lives abundantly in Christ. It’s a new year, but that is one thing that never changes. We wish you all joy and peace in 2023, and hope to see you on campus soon.

Go Broncos!
